Imaginal Therapy is a private practice that offers Depth psychotherapy and sacred arts coaching both virtually and in person located on the lands of the Nisenan, Sacramento, CA.

Our vision is to be of service to collective healing by awakening our hearts with courage, kindness and gratitude with the utmost acknowledgment for the real harms and troubles we face. Our prayer is for the protection of this Earth, our Mother, and all creation. May we all remember the true interdependence at play and relate responsibly for the health of the world soul, in service to the sacred cycles of life, death, and regeneration.

We are honored to bring medicine keeping into the practice. Rooted in reverence, we now holding space for Ketamine journeys, available either virtually out of the comfort of your own home or our beautiful Imaginal study in the suburbs of Sacramento.

Ketamine is a dissociative and an anesthetic that when prescribed in a mental health context supports neuroplasticity, giving people a fighting chance to reboot their nervous system. Ketamine has cumulative impact when well held and supports growth hormones that we otherwise would not activate with the capacity for making real and lasting shifts to depressive, anxious and compulsive ruts. 

As psychedelics, with a deep and ancient root in indigenous healing practices as plant medicines, are brought forward to modern context for mental health systems through synthetics, our intention is to bring integrity to this space. Our aim is to bridge ancient technology honoring an animist cosmovision and wisdom with the ethics needed to address the problems and struggles of today.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. 

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
